About me
In 2020, I moved to the Netherlands to pursue my studies and build an international future. Although I ultimately decided not to complete my degree, this experience became an important moment of self reflection. It helped me gain clarity about my ambitions and focus on developing myself through hands on professional experience.
Alongside my studies, I worked as a regulator at Duinrell. In this role, I carried direct responsibility for the safety and experience of guests. Managing rides required strict adherence to procedures, constant alertness, and quick decision making under pressure. This environment shaped my strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and accountability; qualities that still define my work ethic today.
I then joined Samsung Benelux as a Customer Support Representative, where my primary focus was delivering high quality customer service in both B2C and B2B environments. Using CRM systems, I managed customer cases, ensured accurate documentation, and provided structured follow-ups to resolve technical and service related issues efficiently. My role required empathy, clear communication, and a solution oriented mindset. When appropriate, I supported customers by identifying relevant product or service upgrades, contributing to upselling and cross-selling in a natural, customer focused way; always prioritizing service quality and long term satisfaction over short term sales.
Most recently, I became part of team.blue, working in a professional B2B-focused environment. I actively use CRM tools to manage client relationships, support accounts, and ensure continuity in service delivery. In addition to operational and technical support, I help identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts, focusing on added value and sustainable partnerships. This role has strengthened my ability to balance service excellence with commercial awareness in a fast paced, tech driven setting.
My journey reflects resilience, adaptability, and continuous growth. I take ownership of my work, learn quickly, and combine responsibility, customer focus, and commercial insight to create impact in dynamic environments.
